Doctor was in the room maybe 2 minutes. He ran no testing and offered no help, only said he was referring me to a more specialized place. Then didn’t send the referral over to the place.
Incompetent and unethical Dr. Shibeshi was a terrible waste of time, money, and a genuine risk to my health. I made an appointment here for a very specific reason - ultrasound had found a solid mass and I wanted a consult about excision because it was causing enough pain to interfere with sleep. I communicated this clearly when I made the appointment, when I was brought back, and when the doctor came in. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Mitchell at Front Royal Orthopedic. He is knowledgeable, attentive, and truly takes the time to listen to your concerns and explain your options. What stood out to me even more was the entire staff. Every single person I interacted with was professional, polite, and showed genuine concern for my health and well-being. From check-in to follow-up, I felt cared for and respected. I highly recommend Dr. Mitchell and his team to anyone in need of orthopedic care.
Hung up on me yesterday when I called a few minutes before closing - heaven forbid someone dare to call while the business is still open - call back and the outgoing voicemail is rather rude and they don’t return calls, so you have to call again the next day - and once you finally reach them, they had absolutely no flexibility for a child who was only here on vacation for 2 days to be quickly evaluated at the request of a local urgent care, wanting to send us over an hour away to New Market. Dr. Shibeshi fixed what another doctor wouldn't after saying there was nothing wrong and Ria Philpot is amazing, saw her for a knee injury! Would without a doubt recommend.
