Surgery with Dr nelson was smooth as butter. Dr nelson was great all around. When trying to refill my meds his office was treacherous. They were sent a prior authorization on more then 1 medicine and they never responded so I could get my medication. On the painkiller they just tried to send a diff narco in. When they asked for a prior authorization on that one too they just ignored it like the previous others
