Warning!! Very bad review about a very unprofessional and disproportionate response to a simple question. This was a very unprofessional experience. My husband and I were banned from all of Valley Health Optometry for politely asking the doctor a question at the end of a visit about my husband's or my established care. We received a letter in the mail without a name or any contact information attached (other than a Valley Health Optometry letterhead) saying we're banned from all Valley Health Optometry. Horrible experience! I was 15 minutes late and they had to reschedule it. Nobody ever mentioned this policy! But when I had to wait for way more time than 15 minutes the first time I had my eye exam, it was ok. 🤣🤣🤣🤣Last time they got me on August but when I came here, I was told it was October. So I came here twice for nothing driving all the way from Huntington.
Dr. Was very thorough, very patient and explained evrything in details I understood. Myself and my kids will be coming back
