Great service and friendly and helpful staff we love valley health
Warning!! Very bad review about a very unprofessional and disproportionate response to a simple question. This was a very unprofessional experience. My husband and I were banned from all of Valley Health Optometry for politely asking the doctor a question at the end of a visit about my husband's or my established care. We received a letter in the mail without a name or any contact information attached (other than a Valley Health Optometry letterhead) saying we're banned from all Valley Health Optometry.
