Not a good place to go. They have rescheduled my partners appointment several times knowing that he already has had three absesses and been on tones of antibiotics. Each time as soon as his new appointment is close they call and reschedule months out so we had no option but to find another dentist. Dr Cobrun really has let us down
It's a great place the staff cares and they listen. Pharmacy is awesome too. Fast turnaround time on prescriptions
Have called several times and always told please hold than instantly put on hold for so long I just hang up! Very unprofessional.
My son went for dental work, he required nitrous gas as he is 7. First I could hear him screaming from the waiting room, they wouldn’t let me go back, but allowed a woman’s husband to go back with her and a teen girl and her mother, but my 7 year old child who was already terrified to go alone. Once I continued to hear him scream and got upset they allowed me to go back. He calmed when he saw me but was still very nervous.
