It's a great place the staff cares and they listen. Pharmacy is awesome too. Fast turnaround time on prescriptions
Have called several times and always told please hold than instantly put on hold for so long I just hang up! Very unprofessional.
My son went for dental work, he required nitrous gas as he is 7. First I could hear him screaming from the waiting room, they wouldn’t let me go back, but allowed a woman’s husband to go back with her and a teen girl and her mother, but my 7 year old child who was already terrified to go alone. Once I continued to hear him scream and got upset they allowed me to go back. He calmed when he saw me but was still very nervous. Negligent pharmacy. They have repeatedly given out someone else's prescriptions (a HIPPA violation). They also combine different Rxs into the same bottle w/ cotton in between, and rudely reply when questioned about their negligence. The company clearly doesnt care, even if some employees are considerate. Avoid if possible.
