I get it rules are rules but the way Lisa and Debra go about handling things are very unprofessional. They were yelling at these girls while I was trying to enjoy my workout. But it got interrupted by Lisa coming over and yelling at a girl who was 15 and without an adult. They weren’t doing anything wrong, they weren’t loud just simply working out. Might actually be worse than a retro fitness. Just people on their phones for ages, barely using the machines. Wife and I regret getting into this yearly contract.
I have been going to this gym for about 7 months now, and have worked at two gyms previously. The facilities are clean, and the pool staff is wonderful, especially Mike, who is warm and accommodating. And I really enjoy the group exercise classes. The only complaint I would have is the attitude and receptiveness of the front desk and fitness desk staff.
