Lovely, well-equipped facility. Pleasant staff. I understand the hot tub has been "under repair" for many months. I do not see anyone working on it. The walls in the men's steam room have large, dripping streaks of rust. They look truly disgusting. The recommended temperature for a steam bath is between 110 and 120 degrees. I have never seen it above 106.
Covid is overrrr! Time to bring the towels back. This is supposed to be a luxury gym
Wanted to like this gym so bad. For 70$ a month you would expect top tier customer service. If you are a younger woman they do not take your concerns seriously. They prioritize their older audience over their younger members. I’ve been in the middle of conflict more than once in this gym with no resolution. I’m walking away from this 3 year long membership with a bad taste in my mouth. Make sure this is the correct environment for you before locking yourself into a year long contract…
