I have called multiple times over the last few weeks to move forward with a referral. For a medical practice dealing with people in serious pain this is ridiculous. If you call them, they will not get back with you. You may as well go back and ask for a new referral.

My neurologist gave me a referral almost 6 weeks ago. I’ve called the office numerous times. Nobody calls me back. My options are very limited in Winchester.

I received great service from Dr Waheed and his staff, they are all great. No one has ever been rude to me since I've been there.

This place is a joke. They tell me I cannot stop taking a medication if I don't like it with out "weening myself off"..... but they simply refuse to refill the same script, for no reason and no warning..... LMAO. Also, the doctor has no idea what his nurse is doing. I would hate to actually have a real bad problem and need some serious help and have to deal with these people. I would recommend finding somewhere else, even if is is a couple hours away.
