Had an appointment for my 3 year old the day after receiving chemotherapy at 8:45am. Getting up and getting myself and her ready was a bit of a task but we did it. I arrived at the office 6 mins late due to some traffic and fighting my daughter about bringing every toy in the car in to the office which we settled on 1 baby doll and a blanket . They need alot of improvement. You request medication request and they deny it and give no reason for it. Then you try to call in on the nurses line and talk to.someone and get nobody. You leave message after message and still no phone call. They also never do what they say they are going to do either at your appointments. Glad I am switching to a different valley Health office.
I went into with my sick babywho’s puked every thing they have ate today multiple time, and he rarely ever pukes the nurses where great and nice the doctor walks into the room and is only in there long enough to put the stethoscope on him (3min) then tells us we can go ahead and leave without giving us any advice on his hydration or anything to help if he keeps throwing up all his food
Dr Turnes is first rate. Appointments in reasonable time. Easy access.
