I take my mother to this practice and she is very complimentary about the staff and providers.
Dr Ain is wonderful. The nursing assistants are wonderful as well. The problems are at the front desk. They rarely answer the phone. Often no one is at the front desk which delays checking in. Recently 2 office visits were coded as chronic management which is hospice care. I was able to speak directly to my insurance provider who explained claims were denied because coding was incorrect.
