HORRIBLE. If you are looking for a practice and doctor that really cares and will help you with your health struggles, this is not it. I've been seeing Dr. Ain for the last 2 years. Ultimately, her apathy and lack of attention to detail have significantly delayed me from getting the help I need with my autoimmune condition. She relayed incorrect information to the specialist.. I haven't been there for alittle bit and now I find out Ms. Brandy is gone! She was amazing I don't know these doctors they show on their page.

I've never had a problem with Valley Health Family Medicine. The office staff is always pleasant and Diane Doty is awesome.
Provider change is ridiculous. They can't seem to keep the good ones. They make you come in multiple times even though you are an established patient. No follow up on critical lab values. Refuse to refill maintenance medications. Just a money grab. They don't care about patients and are unable to perform a patient assessment that isn't on their computer flow chart.
