I was referred here by my toddler’s pediatrician and when I arrived only one person was allowed back to the appointment with her. My husband was with her, but I sat in the waiting room the whole time with no clue what was being done to my child. I’m sure they’re great people, but I couldn’t tell you because I wasn’t allowed to meet any of them.
I was initially recommended to see this ENT by a dentist when I received a scan of my teeth and discovered what appears to be a mass in my nasal cavity. The ENT receptionist /doctor informed myself and the dentist that I should expect to hear from someone to schedule an MRI before my actual appointment on 12/5, because they knew ahead of time that I would need an MRI. I had Dr Sheridan 3 times to remove skin cancer from my face. He always did an excellent job sewing up the place where he removed it. If I get it again I will see him.
Getting through to the Valley Health ENT department is impossible. I had to select option 3 (nurse) just to get through to a person rather than leaving a message (to get no call back). The nurse connected me to the Clinical Coordinator who was EXTREMELY rude and was no help at all.
