Reception staff are always polite & friendly and if my children are ever unwell they always try their best to get them seen. They ring me back if needed and always strive to help - they aren't nosey receptionists, just people who care and ask questions to get the best help possible. The surgery is clean and spacious with plenty of seating and always receiving great care from all Drs & Nurses there. They are thorough and don't rush appointments.

I wanted to share my sincere appreciation for the receptionist at the doctor's office, a lady named Hazel. From the moment I called to book my daughter’s appointment, she was incredibly empathetic and understanding. My daughter has additional needs, and the receptionist went above and beyond to ensure that our appointment would be as smooth and comfortable as possible. Average of 30min delay in appointments,doctors don't seem to listen & had to be told about giving me medication that's not suited to me due to mental health or forgetting to add extra medication to prescription that needs pairing with meds given
