To the lady at the front desk who was 100 percent rude and was 1000 percent disregarding the situation our appointment was canceled after we drove 45 min and i quietly explain the situation that our appointment had been canceled due to no reason. She could have cared less and was very disrespectful to me as i tried to calmly explain why i needed to see the doctor 6 months ago she was super helpful and kind today i looked a little different due to my hair falling out.
