They took great care of me at the breast center. And I want to thank my surgeon Anita Minghini for having such a good bedside manner and being thorough and caring for me as a patient. Thank you very much to everyone else also who was caring for me. I've had people in the medical field act like they just really didn't even care. But that's not what I experienced here. Thank you so much.
Staff are kind and answer any questions you may have. The doctor went through all of my options and supported me in my choices.
I've been in medicine for almost 40 years. Today my step mum had surgery, and is home in great spirits and little pain despite an extended OR time and complex lymphatic disection. DR. M called me right after she closed and she just called her patient at 8Pm to check on her!!. She is compassionate, intelligent and meticulous in her decision making and surgery. It's been a journey and she's been the first bright light and beacon of hope we've had! Kudos to her and team. #grateful
Valley Health Breast Center is a wonderful clinic. They have taken excellent care of my sister. Dr. McCusker has been so kind and his plan suited my sister well. She couldn’t stop boasting about all of the nurses, especially Rodney. Dr. Anita was so patient and informative and did such a great job with my sister’s surgery. From the moment of meeting Dr Minghini, I felt comfortable and confident that I was in great hands. Her manner during our initial appointment removed any concerns and fears I had about the procedure. Her assistant Jennifer was also fabulous, helpful and patient in dealing with scheduling and my answering my many questions. My surgery, followup, and recuperation went smoothly. We are so thankful for the Breast Cancer center and employees!
