Valley Health Breast Center is a wonderful clinic. They have taken excellent care of my sister. Dr. McCusker has been so kind and his plan suited my sister well. She couldn’t stop boasting about all of the nurses, especially Rodney. Dr. Anita was so patient and informative and did such a great job with my sister’s surgery. From the moment of meeting Dr Minghini, I felt comfortable and confident that I was in great hands. Her manner during our initial appointment removed any concerns and fears I had about the procedure. Her assistant Jennifer was also fabulous, helpful and patient in dealing with scheduling and my answering my many questions. My surgery, followup, and recuperation went smoothly. We are so thankful for the Breast Cancer center and employees!
This is solely based on the waiting area and receptionist service. My best friend has been here twice in 1 1/2 yrs and being seen has been good(it takes a while)it’s just today, she was here before a lady and the doctor took the lady before my best friend. Not acceptable. The waiting area is always neat and organized and receptionist nice.
I was diagnosed with a malignant tumor in my right breast. After seeing another doctor (a male in Martinsburg ) who didn't take into consideration that I had an artificial heart valve and possible complications that might have resulted from the blood thinner I take I decided to get a second opinion. I am thankful every day that I did. Dr. Mighnini spent time explaining to my husband and I every aspect of the procedure/surgery and the possible post surgery complications. Worst surgery I've ever had.. 2 surgeries.. 2 infections.. then Dr. Mason broke his leg skiing and I was left in the cold for 3 months.. I'm still having to put a heating pad under my arm.. horrible horrible
