Gina at the Valley Lab as well as the girls at the cardiac CT scanner were kind, accommodating and professional. Not having the Kurth Cottage really sucked though. They need to reopen it.
The absolute worst Office to try to get in touch with my phone. They do not answer their telephones. I’ve had more frustration with this Office then I Care to even share. I’m trying to get in touch with the administrator to lodge my complaint. Who has the time to spend 25 minutes three days in a row to try to reach someone In this office.
On hold for two days in a row for over 20 minutes. Trying to make an ultrasound appointment and nobody answers the phone.
I’ve been calling for 3 days trying to make an appointment for an MRI. I’ve been on hold for more than 30min numerous times and I keep choosing 1 to put my number in the queue and save my place in line to have a navigator call me back and for 3 days never got a call back. Good thing I’m not in a very urgent situation that I need to make an appointment for.
