I had an appointment set for this morning, they have all my info on their system and just got informed that they are not taking my insurance. I just wished during the process setting the appointment they had informed me that was not covered. So don’t assume when you do your appointment always ask and recheck it.

The person I spoke with, regarding scheduling a CT Scan, was abrasive and rude. It was approximately 6:45 when she told me they closed at 7:00, and she could not give me any information regarding an appointment because she turned her computer off already. After that call, I contacted Ridgewood Radiology in Waldwick. The person there was so helpful and kind. It’s amazing how two people,doing the same job within the same industry, could be so different.
