Initial time to get in can take A While, and the desk staff training seems to be inconsistent (some extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly, with others being cold and treating questions like inconvenience. My girlfriend went here. Gave the information over the phone, everything was fine first appointment. So after being sick for 2 weeks, I called, they set me up to be a new patient. They told me my appointment was at 2 o'clock. Cool. I drove 40 minutes(we live in the country). Waste 10 minutes signing paperwork. Then the nurse says, oh we messed up, since you've never been seen before we can't see you today. . . I guess I'll just go back home.

This dr is so over booked like stop taking so many patients if you don’t have staff to care for them. They direct you to emergency room when they have no appointments then emergency room wants you to follow up with dr doing nothing at all for you at this point both not worth time. If I have to be sick or in pain for months what’s point of doctor.

I would like to say how incredibly grateful I am for the staff here. Becca and everyone else here are so kinda and helpful. I walked in a shell of a human being and they did everything that they could to help me. I stand today the best I have ever been. I have never been as healthy, both physically and mentally. I cannot thank them enough. This place is a God send.
