Caring Staff. Sweet faciliy. Especially appreciated Addmissions, Karen. She pretty much held our hands throughout my Mom and Dad's journey. She was professionalism with a heart. She listened to our concerns and was our parents' advocate to the end of their lives. Thank you Karen. The staff was at times short-handed but still caring and compassionate and followed through on tgeir responsibilities. The facility was spot on clean. Was this senior care facility clean? No, I didn't feel comfortable at all Did the staff at this senior care facility seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? No, they could have used some continuing education courses Did the staff at this senior care facility ever take personal phone calls when they were supposed to be helping you? Yes! I felt my family member was and is very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They do such a great job. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They went out of their way to make my friend feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to his situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately.
