I meant to write a review years ago. We had my Mother in law at Valley Haven for exactly one year . Our family was pleased with her care and kindness shown to her by all the employees here . They did fun family friendly events and encouraged us to visit. We have a large family and many of Ellie Sturtevants grandchildren and children would often stop by ,all had a good report of our Mothers care . She was relaxed while she was at Valley Haven. My mom has been at Valley Haven since October 2021. This is not just a business for the owners and employees. The residents are family.
It's more like a home instead of a memory care facility.
Do not give them you trust with your family members. The owner Josephine is a rude lady that should be ashamed of treating her employees with disrespect. She is discriminating and has zero interest in her business. If she is treating the people that work for her badly, I could only imagine how she treats the residents. They only care about getting paid and don’t care about their residents. They give our poor care and will not help out a resident that is only paying for the room.
