I was disappointed by this company's response to our request for service. They came out to evaluate the project quickly enough, but delayed in responding for several weeks after that. I followed up several times and was told that they were very busy and would get back to me "next week." I finally decided to go elsewhere. A word of advice to the folks at Valley Gutters: you may be very busy with big projects, but try not to neglect "the little guy" in the process.

The team was punctual, scheduled us in quickly, and made the entire process simple and stress-free. We appreciated their guidance on choosing the right colour and style for our home.
