0 stars for customer service. Sally, the co-owner, is extremely rude and unprofessional. She doesn't know how to communicate, and she did not offer to help with my order. Given I was a new customer and their sizing is not always accurate, she should've warned us. We ended up with half of our order not fitting our gymnasts. Even though we wanted to reorder at our own expense, she quoted us full price as this was now an additional order, of lesser quantity. Not cool.
I have been doing shirts there for a school project and have now done 3 orders. The quality of the work is always amazing. The staff is very friendly and are always ready to work with you whatever the project is. Very good business!
Got shirt printed here...excellent job...exactly what I wanted.
Excellent service. Took us for a tour around the facility and explained every step of the process our order would take in production. Friendly staff.
