I have been trying to get my title for three weeks. Called almost every day. No answer.
I'm giving only one star for now, simply because I've been trying to reach them for 2 days and can't get anyone to call me back. We went there yesterday and the door was locked. Nobody came when we knocked and there was another couple there trying to get service as well. How can they get any business this way? I might change my review if they finally do contact me back, but for now, one star is actually being generous.
Randy was great to work with as well as Kris in the office. They picked my cart up on time, made the repairs needed and had it back the next day. They were affordable, friendly, helpful and great to work with. I would recommend them to anyone looking for new or repair service.
Randy and his team are very professional and honest. He always returns our golf cart as soon as possible (sometimes as fast as the same day). He does not try to uncharge or upsell you on any part or service. We are lucky to have him in this small town!
