Valley Glass is the best of the best! Very professional with absolutely incredible Customer Service at the very best price I have seen for Custom Glass! I highly recommend them for any of your custom glass needs!
I had some issues with the installation, but the owner came out in person to discuss a resolution and for that I think they deserve 5 stars. It's rare for a company owner to take time out of their busy day to address an issue with a customer. I really appreciate it.
I believed I needed to replace 3 large double pane picture windows measuring 67'' X 78'' - 1” thick each. After meeting with 3 different window companies and receiving costly estimates to replace the windows and frames I contacted Valley Glass. Joey and Michael examined my windows and convinced me two of the windows did not need to be replaced just the rubber exterior gaskets required repair as the glass seal was not damaged. Not sure exactly what happened, they had great communication. They came out to do my measurements for 2 large windows for an estimate for replacement and an estimate for a repair of one of those windows. Once he did the measurements I didn't hear anything back and it's been 2 weeks now. No one picks up the phone when I call and the number I texted before no one responds. It's pretty crazy to me.
