Terrible experience in my home renovation. When the crew came to install a rather large window, I heard them admit to how they installed it wrong. They didn’t realize I was in the other room and heard that. When I confronted them, they were rude and blew me off. Over the course of the past year, I’ve been working with Valley Glass on replacing janky single pane 40 year old windows with their courdalene windows. Initially I only did one. Their lead technician installers came out & installed it. Fantastic. Great job. Perfectomundo. I instantly felt improvement in house efficiency. So I ordered half of the remaining needing replaced. Valley Glass replaced to large picture windows 2 years ago for us. Over the two winters they seemed very draft and today I removed the outside molding and revealed they used no silicone to seal the windows. I'd rate them a zero if that was an option.
We have had many experiences with Valley Glass for replacing many double paned windows, buying window covering for our windows and most recently, purchased 2 Anderson doors: one from the garage to house and the other from the house through the front door entrance. Bryce and Brady installed the doors efficiently and skillfully. The Anderson product was excellent and the service provided by Valley Glass was the best.
