A few weeks ago I needed to cut several pieces of plexiglass. When I stopped by the office to place the order the gentlemen who did the work offered to cut it right away so I don't have to come to town next week to pick it up. That was very kind of him and he did a good job. I wish I asked what his name was. Thank you very much.

I make many deliveries here. The staff are extremely kind. Know me by name once they get to know you it’ll be the same awesome place to go if you ever need a real good durable window I would highly recommend valley glass.
I used Valley Glass to have my back door (french doors) replaced with a sliding door. Everything went great up until after the install. I left them there to do the install while I went back to work. When I got home, not only was there a small hole in the screen itself, but the guys didn't install the lock correctly and so the door simply wouldn't lock. I ordered a new door system in October of 2023 and now its April of 2024 and no one has still showed up to even measure the door so I can get it ordered, despite over a half dozen calls and in-store visits requesting a scheduled appointment. Same story every time - we're so sorry for the delay, the installer will call you today or tomorrow to schedule an appointment, and then nothing. Avoid these guys, even if you have to pay someone else a little more to get your project done, which is what I ended up doing.
