I've been going to Dr chai for years. Now my boys go to him. Highly recommend. Such a nice doctor. Wouldn't go anywhere else. He explains everything thoroughly and guides you so well

Absolutely a terrific experience for me, I've been to lots of dentist over the years and Valley Gentle Dental is the best by far I suffer from terrible anxiety Dr Chai and his team put my mind at ease, The receptionist is such a nice girl, the whole team gets 10 stars from me the big cheese 😄
After a well overdue visit to the dentist. I booked in. A very relaxing atmosphere, clean and friendly. Pricing was very reasonable and the communication was straight and direct. Over all a very easy decision to return for my next visit.
I have been to a few dentist in traralgon and I keep coming back to Gentle dental over the years and have spread great feedback from word of mouth. I feel the old school service is what you get here and I think that’s so important when trusting someone with your teeth. The ladies behind the desk are always so warm and welcoming which is so refreshing
