NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! They had our generator for 6 MONTHS and just dropped it off TODAY UNFIXED after my husband patiently spoke with Marc for MONTHS asking him to fix it! He just dropped it off in our driveway this morning and drove off, ignoring my husband in the driveway with not even an apology! His lack of caring, honesty and cowardice is not only unprofessional but leaves us in a position of being without a working generator and unsafe. There is NO EXCUSE for this!
