They are crooks. They failed my car for an inspection because the brake pads were a little worn but it's not supposed to fail unless it is metal on metal. They wanted to charge me so that they could change the brake pads for me but I refused and they charged me $37 for failing. When I informed them that the brakes shouldn't have failed inspection and asked for a refund he said that he knows that they shouldn't have failed but that I should just change them and then get the inspection done again.
