I needed to replace my original wooden garage door. Sam showed me my options and was ready to install it in a few weeks. Had a few glitches which Sam took care of, and the door works great. Would highly recommend
Now I understand the high ratings. I emailed the issue with my garage door and was contacted the same day, and they had an employee visit me the next day, and the work was completed the day after that! Great service, all employees are wonderful and helpful.
Valley sent their repair guys as soon as they could. First they had us take photos of the specs on the door and the part where the spring is, so they could bring the right parts. The office was very helpful in getting this done efficiently.
The three garage doors installations and addition of automatic openers was excellent. Sam was very attentive to my needs and did an excellent job with my work. I would definitely recommend him for any garage door work.
