Just found out Valley Forge Towers South (1000 building) is on the Fannie Mae Non-Warrantable list, which means buyers won’t be able to use any conventional loans. The building has been under HUD “rejected” status since 2011, which isn’t as bad as the Fannie Mae blacklist but nothing ideal either. Not sure about the 2000 building’s situation, but I guess it’s probably on the Fannie Mae blacklist too. What a shame!

I wish I had not purchased 2 condos here. There are structural issues with concrete falling from the upper balconies and severe rust, corrosion, and black mold behind the walls. The manager, Kelly, employed by Galman Group, is hostile and targets individuals who speak up.
