This is in response to Jose. I don’t know what he’s talking about. I have lived here for 8 years. I have insomnia and I’m up most nights until at least 3 AM. I have never heard any loud screaming. I also leave my house on Sunday mornings at 2 o’clock to go to a flea market from April through November and again, I’ve never heard any loud screaming. Buyer beware and take your money somewhere else. I do not believe this place does background checks and they raise your rent over $40 every September, only the location gets five stars. I had a neighbor that yelled loudly horrible things at someone in his house at random times throughout the day and night when I complained the manager did nothing. I found out later that they are friends and when you call the owner they do nothing too. This man also threatened my friend and my other friend said he came outside with a gun one ... read more

Three stars for the location and all the amazing amenities near by. But buyer beware, I though this community completes background checks but I don't think they do. There a guy who yells and screams at people in his house, yes he yells that loud. This same person talks to himself according to a neighbor and I talked to a friend about what I heard because I was appalled. I learned from that friend that the manager doesn't do anything although he has multiple complaints because they are friends so he leaves or goes to another ... read more
