Some of the most intelligent people you will find behind the service counter. They always go that extra little bit to help you out.
Took all day for an oil change and alignment. Brought my Ranger at 10:30am, called up at 1 and they said they’d call me back and never did. I went back at 2 and they hadn’t even started. Poor communication. Asked them to check out breaks making scraping sound, no overview. Will have to take to another shop. Will not return. Disappointed as a ford owner. No wonder people are switching to Toyota.
Called to see if they could look at my 1997 Ford Truck that we bought from them, the lady I spoke with in service said that don’t work on any older then 10 yrs . I have never heard of a business pushing away business like that. I hope people read this review.
Valley Ford Mobile Service did a great job serving my Ford vehicles right in my driveway. So convenient to have the maintenance done at my home saving me the time and wait to have my 3 vehicles maintained. The technician, TJ, was professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this service.
