I flew from Baltimore to Cleveland to buy a 2015 Ford Transit 250 Van. Glad I did. I checked up and down the east coast and couldn't find a better deal. Had the deal done on a Saturday and drove home to Maryland on Sunday. Had a few minor issues after the sale that Valley Ford promptly fixed. Thank you to the entire sales staff for making my trip successful and worth the extra cash. Now "Betty" is home with me, and the pride of the neighborhood. Thanks again, Bob

Had service done on my 2008 E250. Duration and communication were horrible. My van is my office, without it I do not work, this is why I brought it to Valley (I was told they specialize in these kind of vehicles). I presented the issues that I had with my van and expressed the importance of test driving it before any repairs were started. Not only did my van not get test driven, but the original problem that I had was not even diagnosed. Horrible service! The people are rude. I had to fly in to pick up my truck, the truck was filthy dirty, the oil was not changed! They promised me they would reimburse me for the oil change never got that! Not only all this they titled my truck in Ohio not Wisconsin and forgot to put the sale tax in the loan! I received a ticket for not having plates and had to pay $3,500 before I could get plates!!
