sold me a lemon from there lot and refused to fix. It's been in the shop three times since February (when I bought it) and now needs a new transmission. steer clear!
RecommendedValley Ford came to my house today to fix my recall on my mustang; from the service guy Ken Pitman, (who was so friendly and personable) to the mobile guy (Jay ?) im sorry...bad with names! You guys were all absolutely awesome and I appreciate all of you‼️ Thanks again, and stock the mobile unit for other small tasks we didn't notice we needed! Just bought an Explorer and my salesman, Corey, made it an absolutely fantastic and seamless experience! From helping me to turn in my old lease (-even offering to drive me to the dealership in Brunswick to turn it in-) to taking an hour of his time after the dealership closed to show me every detail of the car... the experience was fantastic!! Loving our new truck we picked up from Valley truck.
Worst place ever! I went to get an oil change and it took 3 hours!! I had an appointment using the Ford app. They sent me email reminders everyday about it. When I called after an hour in a half wondering why my car wasn't done they said they haven't started it yet because I didn't have an appointment. He said the app doesn't work and you have to call to have an appointment. He was lying and that's complete BS. The customer service and the way they talked to me was awful! I don't reccomend going there unless you like hearing... read more
