Brought my 2022 f-150 to service regularly, was detailing my undercarriage when I noticed the splash shield was not even on the truck anymore, all bolts are missing. I don’t take the truck anywhere off-road to entertain the idea that it was torn off. Even if that were the case all the bolts would there! I called to see if they would fix the situation and they told me it was my fault and I should pay 400$ for another splash shield.
