My screen wasnt working correctly and I couldn't make calls or utilise music. As I travel a lot, I need these accessories. I contacted Valley Ford and even though they were busy, went over my car. Jackie in Service is so lovely and extremely helpful, especially the next day when my mirrors wouldn't close once locked. She helped me through it. A great team and will 100% be sending my car there for its services from now on. They made me feel so welcome
Trent was fantastic to deal with and made the whole process really easy. He went above and beyond to help me with my new vehicle and made sure everything was sorted smoothly. I really appreciate the extra effort he put in. Highly recommend working with Trent if you’re looking for great service!
10/10 experience recently from Grant & Morgan from Valley ford Traralgon. Can’t fault them at all, were able to tick all the box’s i was after and more. If you’re after anything i couldn’t recommend these two more, Really appreciate the lengths they went to ensure i was 100% satisfied.
Not reccommended I had a disappointing experience with Valley Motor Group. I applied for finance in early December last year, and what should have been quick dragged on for nearly two months. Donna, the finance contact, promised updates within 24 hours, but I waited over a week several times with little communication. I recently had my vehicle serviced at Valley Ford and once again the experience was excellent. The team is always professional, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. I run a food business, so my schedule can be unpredictable, and I’m not always perfectly on time for my service appointments.
