This dealership has went above and beyond for me! What an amazing customer service experience! Matthew and Skylar, in particular, as well as their receptionist and technicians, have been so fantastic to deal with! My car is 11 years old, and has been doing some funky jazz this year. The service here is horrendous. Anytime I’ve taken my vehicle in for a scheduled appointment, it has remained in the shop for weeks longer than originally quoted. It is also impossible to call and speak with a service representative without leaving a message.
I purchased a motor today and had help from a friend to load it in my vehicle. When an employee Terrell instigated a fight with my friend following him to the road as he went to leave in his vehicle. Valley Ford management was on the side of the aggressive employee and told us not to return. Overall a very disappointing experience from a company that supposedly has a 0 tolerance policy, guess it depends who you are
Absolutely horrible, I do not recommend. Go anywhere else.
