The first time being here and meeting the team, everyone was so kind and helpful towards me. I have never received so much care and attention like them. Truly, to the PT, PTA, And Aids, everyone was attentive and answered any questions I have. I have never felt good in both physical health and the times I've been here. I would definitely recommend Valley Foot & Ankle Physicsl Therapy! Much love to the office team and Doctors!
I love you guys so much! I had a sprained ankle in march 2025 and have done many sessions, I can say I have definitely walked out of here in better shape! everyone here is so much fun. I’ve enjoyed the laughes and knowledge you have given me! Thank you all💛
Dean, Allison, Gabby, and everyone there helped me be able to get back into running again. After a serious sprain in my ankle I couldn't walk or run for months. They gave me the support, exercises/stretches, laughs, and the guidance I needed to get back into everything again. They're friendly, funny, and kind people. All the office people are wonderful and very helpful. Dr. Oji is also an awesome doctor who was patient when I wasn't. The staff is amazing! I've been to other PT offices for the same issue and did not get any relief until I came to this office. Dean, Allison and the whole team are so friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend for any PT needs.
I’ve had the worst experience with them returning phone calls! First time, I called a week in advance, to reschedule appointment, never got a call back! Then they billed my insurance as a no-show! They did take care of that. But, now I just experienced the same thing but I called the main phone number to speak to someone. I will not be going to Valley Foot and Ankle Physical Therapy!
