The office staff, nurses and doc are super friendly. My appointment time is always punctual. Retzios was very friendly albeit he does seem like he's in a hurry in his demeanor. (hard to explain in print) However, he did answer my questions fully with kindness
This doctor was very rude, rushing, wouldn’t let me express concerns I was having, one minute he says it’s nothing wrong, then I point out to him@ he says yes that’s a fungus, and insisted after stating it was a fungus!! He still doesn’t see nothing wrong, contradicting himself! I said well I guess this visit was a waste!! He became enraged, almost threatening in an aggressive manner!! I received excellent care from Dr Retzios for a Morntons Neuroma three years ago. After 1.5 years of my primary care and an orthopedic doctor having no diagnosis (they kept telling me "take ibuprofen, Get this x-ray, The X-ray doesn't show anything, Wear a boot for 6 weeks then come back..." rinse and repeat for 1.5 years.....) I can honestly say my experience was so great at this office ,Dr.Retzio ,Kristy and staff were so professional they completely cared about my wellbeing ,bedside manner perfect.,I will never go to another podiatrist I am completely satisfied, listened to my issue and did everything they could to resolve it, they told me what to be expected with the aftercare throughout the evening with my foot ,absolutely to the exact and all true..
