I wanted to share some feedback regarding my experience at the front desk this morning. I requested a white towel, as I have done in the past without issue, but was told the towels are only for members with the Lifestyle membership. I understand if there is a policy in place, but I was surprised because previously, I have been given a white towel without any problem. Best gym I’ve been to! Very clean ,love the staff.. the classes they have are challenging and Fun! They have the Best coaches Phil, Nick, Judy!
Place Used to be 24 hour fitness and after valley fitness took over it’s turned into a tripod and cell phone gym. This comment is regarding the Stockton CA location only .Gym etiquette has been lost as well. If you enjoy watching people video taping themselves and sit on equipment for 30 mins plus and do nothing but text on their phones then this is the place for you. They have potential to be much better but it seems the front desk and management don’t care. 🤷♂️ .This picture describes it all.
