Careful after cancelling your membership even with email confirmation after going in person they keep charging you. It’s obviously an ongoing problem as I’m not the only one this has happened too.
always hot, won’t turn the AC down past 70 degrees. the fan is barely on during the daytime. some staff are rude, caught them laughing at people working out. there’s been two women’s locker room violations in the span of my first 3months, a man walked out of the women’s locker room, a young boy was in the locker room. nice aesthetics, and ambiance.
It’s really inconvenient how I pay a lot of money a month yet they never answer the phone when I want to schedule something because the app isn’t fully developed
I had a very frustrating experience with Stockton Valley Fitness. I cancelled my membership in June 2025 by calling the front desk. At the time, I was told that my cancellation had been processed and that a note was placed on my account confirming it. However, in December 2025, I noticed I was still being charged. The gym overall is great. I’ve been coming here consistently for about 4–6 months, and during that time I’ve experienced a clean environment with plenty of equipment available for everyone. However… the StairMasters are a different story. Over the past several months, one machine has remained out of order the entire time, and now a second one has been down for about two weeks.
