Amy is a talented trainer with many years of experience under her belt. I started working out with her in my mid-50’s and she has kept me strong and active. I highly recommend her!
Amy comes up with fun, challenging and ever-changing workouts. She is very creative with alternative exercises should anyone have an injury and is very knowledgeable. I love Valley Fit Outdoor Fitness!!
Love Valley Fit! Amy is wonderful, she’s very knowledgeable and puts a lot of thought and creativity into the workouts. There’s a lot of variety and the exercises are very effective! I also love that the workouts are outside in the fresh air. Amy is a great coach.
This has been the best workout experience I have ever committed to. Not only is she so motivating but also makes each class enjoyable. I’ve never laughed so hard working out. I know after I’ve left that I’ve pushed myself and worked hard. I wish I had know about this sooner.
Valley Fit is an AmAziNg workout that is always different & challenges me each time. Amy is exactly what a Coach should be~ motivating, caring, attentive to my fitness goals and she pushes me to give it “3 more” when I think there’s no way. I actually ‘enjoy’ working out now!
