Decent rates. Website is garbage, making online payments feels like an uphill battle, it's better to get the account info and pay it via your real bank for reliability. The app is very low quality. Customer service feels worse than the dmv. Been trying to resolve my issue get put on hold for 16 min several times then it just hangs up. I NEED to resolve my matter it feels like they are setting me up to default against my will. Honestly! Very poor customer service.
The app constantly fails. The atm is always broken. They do not have 24 hours Customer service
