Was referred to valley fireplace from a personal friend/firefighter, said talk to John. Called Valley fire place and was in need of two chimney chase caps for my residence. Was asked to send pictures, and I followed through. No response for several days. Texted back to touch base as to the status. Received call back and was told price from an employee name starts with a D, I agreed and said to proceed. No communication for days. Best place to , great service and they have the best service crew I have ever felt with. Love my gas fireplace insert, I have COPD so I cannot have a wood burning stove , So gas works beautifully, Thank you guys for your wonderful products and service.
