On 7/20 my 10 year old grandson and I were driving down Grant Line Road in Sacramento at about 2:00 pm. A Valley Farm Transport semi and trailer was behind us. We were stopped with about 20 other cars for construction where they were replacing one side of the Grant Line Road. When we took off from the construction stop. I took awhile to get up to speed but was driving 50 - 55 mph. Suddenly the above named truck was right on my bumper.
