I like the layout and accessibility of this place. It’s quiet and quaint atmosphere so close to municipalities and the daily grind isn’t even noticed. I recommend the facility. I do not recommend the current manager. The manager Jill is rude and very disrespectful with a judgmental and degrading attitude towards tenants she doesn’t favor. I highly suggest that a new manager be appointed and disputes with tenants who have been tormented by Jill are all forgiven and all receive a public apology to her victims.
I love this place! I've been here for almost 2½ years. Trax is 2-3 blocks from here They're all 1 bedroom. The neighbors are very quiet. Jill is a wonderful property manager! She always responds very promptly. Shane is a great maintenance manager. He knows his stuff. TIP: make sure to get things that are space saving. I'm so grateful and love my life now! I've never been happier! Thank you Valley Fair Housing Apartments!

I will happily change my review if there is a resolution can be reached regarding Jill, the office manager. This lady is out of control. She keeps accusing/reprimending my loved one of having someone live with her because of a crazy neighbor telling the office that “she’s hearing voices from their shared wall.” Jill also told my loved one that she can’t cook or do dishes after 10pm.
