It has been just a joy living here. It's perfect for one person. i love my little yard, and I love my tall ceilings. If I wanted to I could get an 8 foot Christmas tree. I also love the community.Get togethers doing art projects and luncheons and holiday gatherings. The management has been more than helpful. They become your friend. I love this place! I've been here for over 3 years. Trax is 2-3 blocks from here They're all 1 bedroom. The neighbors are very quiet. Jill is a wonderful property manager! She always responds very promptly. Shane is a great maintenance manager. He knows his stuff. TIP: make sure to get things that are space saving. I use: - 18" tall bed frame - to allow for more storage, with easy access - over-the-sink drying rack - doesn't take up any counter space - bamboo wood stove cover - for more counter space - flat magnetic kitchen ... read more
I like the layout and accessibility of this place. It’s quiet and quaint atmosphere so close to municipalities and the daily grind isn’t even noticed. I recommend the facility. I do not recommend the current manager. The manager Jill is rude and very disrespectful with a judgmental and degrading attitude towards tenants she doesn’t favor. I highly suggest that a new manager be appointed and disputes with tenants who have been tormented by Jill are all forgiven and all receive a public apology to her victims.
