Do not recommend. No price friendly options. Paid 350 out of pocket last year and almost 800 out of pocket this year because insurance will barely cover the cost of frames. Don't even get me started on the cost of additional medically necessary vision tests which have to be done at another appointment. Will never return. UPDATE: I did not pick the most expensive frames, they have no cheap frames(all designer brands) and I got all the same options I have in previous years. Pretty sure their reply violates HIPAA laws, as well.... read more
The customer service up front was great everything was great besides while I had to wait in that room for 22min and no doctor came in. I've been wearing glasses for 20 years and never once waited in a room for more than 5 to 8mins. I walked out, because there is no reason to have to wait that long, while i hear him bullshitting next door.
