After leaving the apartment cleaned and in good order 9 months ago I just received an email from a collection agency for $380. After calling the office for answers as to what this amount is about, April the manager goes around in circles is very unhelpful and rude. Finally she said it's for a carpet clean and for painting the apartment. Call the head office she said the usual passing the buck answer.
