Do not move here , the manager is more of a dictator than a “manger “ . Seems like she loves the power trip
I currently live in Kristina but it's being shutdown so I applied here. $30 per person application fee then I got denied because I hadn't filed my taxes yet. (They wanted to see 2 years of 1099 and tax returns). I don't have any kids so I don't get money back, I owe about 10k a year. I won't hate on the community as it's a nice place but to charge that much for an application when you know the person is in a sticky situation just seems dirty to me.
