Mediocre.... I just wasn't overly impressed by this veterinary facility. It's location is very very difficult to find and access. Parking is ok at best. When I called to make an appt. I was put on hold longer than I actually got to talk to someone. I felt they were just too busy for one person to handle, which made me as a customer feel that they were too busy to take care of me or my animals. My appt was made, not a long wait, but there was almost no follow up at all. I called and left messages, but was told they were reall... read more
