Felt the doctor and staff were very professional and knowledgeable. The doctor took the necessary time to explain everything.
Arrogant. Would get into arguments over questions I had about my little one’s ears. Has his college sticker on his laptop because he has complexes. All that said, he did successfully install tubes on my children, so even though he was a bit of a jerk, he did get the job done.
I'm eternally grateful for the treatment that received at Valley ENT and especially Dr. Leopold Yin whose amazing surgical talents saved and post surgery actually enhanced my vocal singing career. His staff was always very attentive and caring and his overall approach on treatment was methodical and very thorough making sure that we exhausted all other options before determining that surgical removal of a nodule/cyst on my right vocal cord was the best option.
