Getting an appointment here took nearly two months, and every call I got before and after was the same: “Bring $250.” No “hello,” no concern for how I was feeling—just money talk. The staff’s tone was cold and unwelcoming, and when I finally spoke to the office manager about it, she was even ruder—basically calling me a liar and hanging up on me. It’s clear the staff’s bad attitude comes straight from the top. If I were a doctor, I’d want someone friendlier representing my practice.
My son had 11 ear infections in the first year of life and became amoxicillin resistant. The waitlists for ENTs in the area was long, even with an “urgent referral” from his pediatrician. I would recommend Valley Ent to anyone! After suffering from debilitating migraines and the occasional sinus infection, Dr. Clerico pinpointed my issue in about 5 seconds. The surgical coordinator was delightful, and got me in for a septoplasty and turbinate reduction. I'm a big baby and did a lot of research and prepped myself for the worst. Called Valley ENT on June 23rd with complaint of sudden unexplained loss of hearing in one ear. Google search said immediate medical attention should be sought for this condition. I related this to the receptionist and requested the soonest possible attention. She gave me an appointment on July 10th.
