I went to Valley ENT to have my ears checked and was under Maria's care. I'm so glad I made the appointment, Maria was so helpful and made sure to answer all my questions. She took her time and I felt so much better knowing exactly what was going on with my ears.
I had a punctured ear drum. Had an appointment to see the ENT doctor and got a PA instead. She was awesome and knowledgeable. She had me see the Audiologist. She was extremely rude. Didn't say hi or goodbye. I won't be going back there.
THE WORST APPOINTMENT I HAVE EVER HAD! JUST A TOTAL SCAM, DIAGNOSING ME WITH SOMETHING CALLED TMJ, WHICH I HAVE HAD SINCE I WAS 21 YEARS OLD! TOLD ME WITHIN A MATTER OF LESS THAN A 10-MINUTE VISIT I NEED TO GO TO THERAPY! WHICH MEANT NOT BITING MY FINGERNAILS, AND OTHER ASPECTS THAT WOULD HAVE DONE NOTHING FOR ME! I WENT THERE BECAUSE OF PAIN THAT WAS INTENSE IN MY RIGHT EAR LEADING UP TO MY TEMPLE! ALSO PAIN IN MY LEFT EAR! I THEN WENT TO ANOTHER ENT WHO DIAGNOSED ME WITH THE RIGHT DIAGNOSIS!
