Straight up rude when you call!
Getting an appointment here took nearly two months, and every call I got before and after was the same: “Bring $250.” No “hello,” no concern for how I was feeling—just money talk. The staff’s tone was cold and unwelcoming, and when I finally spoke to the office manager about it, she was even ruder—basically calling me a liar and hanging up on me. It’s clear the staff’s bad attitude comes straight from the top. If I were a doctor, I’d want someone friendlier representing my practice.
