I highly recommend Lindsay Stauss. She is personable, didn't rush, listened to my symptoms, took her time exploring causes & concerns. Her diagnosis and treatment of my issue was successful and brought me immediate relief. Very truthful in her info when I inquired about a separate issue. She LISTENED! Great bedside manner. Very nice person.
Dr. Bailey and his assistant Lindsay Stauss are top notch professionals who care. Combining expertise with caring is what you really want in a medical provider. I had a septum operation by Dr. Bailey and have been able to breathe much better even since. He had done this surgery thousands of times before mine.
Dr. Lykins is fantastic, but I will not go back because of the lack of integrity of the front office staff. I booked Dr. Lykins because he’s a tier 1 doctor and that is what my insurance will cover. When I checked in, they told me that my co-pay was $100. A tier 1 co-pay is $50 and I showed them my card and explain to them I booked Dr. Lykins because he’s tier 1 which is what my insurance covers. Billing team is completely inept and unable to process a basic claim through insurance without making it a nightmare like I've never experienced anywhere else.
