Both the doctor and audiologist were fantastic. All of my concerns were addressed quickly and compassionately.
Seems like the wrong doctor for diagnosing Mal de debarquement syndrome (MDDS) as she thought I was "dizzy" even though I told her twice I am not dizzy. I feel like I'm on a rocking and swaying invisible boat. Also spent very little time with me and did not ask if I had any other issues I needed to discuss. After she ordered the MRI with and without contrast she did not come back to the room. Instead only her assistant came back. Excellent experience from start to finish. Dr. Kaczor most incredibly knowledgeable, understanding, and efficient. I had no idea after all these years that I had such a bad deviated septum. She was able to diagnose the issue, her office worked with my insurance, and I got surgery rescheduled very quickly. The day of surgery, Dr Kaczor walked me through exactly what to expect postop and in the recovery process. Very grateful to Dr. K and the team because I can now breathe again!
Dr. Pryor was very helpful and friendly. I had some fluttering in my ear and he explained exactly what was going on and gave recommendations of quick and easy fixes to help with my condition. I highly recommend Dr. Pryor.
Rude office staff seemed to feel that they were doing me a favor, not customer oriented at all. Wouldn't even open the glass barrier until I forked over $300 for the pleasure of being there. Then I was told that I had to pay for services at the time they were rendered which I did. Then a month later they send me another bill without any explanation, just pay us more after the service was rendered.
