Everybody in the office was very professional and knew what they were doing. Dr. Janet, my physician was wonderful. She knew what her task was,and she did it very efficiently with good speed and accuracy. I was very lucky to have her as my physician.I feel great now and much to thank her for .
This is one of the worst medical practices I have ever been to. I came in after two weeks of dealing with a medical issue that left me unable to do nearly all daily tasks. Dr Janet Kaczor was running late that day and clearly just trying to rush through patients. She saw me for under 2 minutes, seemed distracted, did not listen to any of my symptoms and the suspected "diagnosis" she gave me did not fit any of my symptoms or any timelines for how long it had been occurring. Dr Janet Kaczor and her assistant Maria were amazing , after having bad experience at other ent practices I’m glad I found this location , Dr Kaczor listened to my issues and made me feel heard and validated I wish I would’ve found her sooner .
When I made the appointment I was unaware of a possible scope procedure on my daughter to investigate her condition of a constant non-stop dry cough for 8 weeks. We arrived for our appointment and once in the room was told from the assistant of Dr. Kaczor that she may want to use a scope and if that is what the Dr. wants we will get insurance information or at the most collect a $150 deposit.
